The Sneeboer Dutch Garden Hoe is one of the most popular of garden hoes and Sneeboer takes this weeding favorite to a new level. The 6 inch wide stainless steel blade on the Dutch hoe cuts weeds off just under the soils surface not only on the push stroke, but also on the pull stroke.

Handmade in Holland Since 1913.

This Dutch garden hoe is hand-forged from stainless steel and fitted with a long, back saving Ash hardwood handle from FSC Certified sustainable forests.

Amazing garden tool

Being an avid gardener in the UK, I am used to using this type of gardening implement.
This particular one is suberb, well balanced and extremely well made.

Fantastic weeding tool

This is a great tool and helps with the weeding job. So much easier to use than the other hoe in the shed. I don't love weeding, but this will make it quicker and with less effort.

Makes weeding easy

I love my Dutch hoe. It cuts on the push and pull stokes, no bending over with the long handle. Whenever we have brought it to a community garden event it was the tool everyone wants and is jealous of. Turns weeding into a simple non time consuming job. Even my 75 year old mother loves using it.
Working with garden tool co has been delightful. Very easy to work with and always prompt with a response or customer service.

Perfect tool *and* best made version of it

This tool is excellent for remaining upright and not hurting your back while you weed larger areas. Does an excellent job on both the forward and reverse motion for cutting weeds just under the surface, severing roots.

There are other Dutch shuffle hoes, but this one has a great wooden end so that if you have a palm on the back of it you don’t bruise your hand. This one is excellently made, sturdy yet light, and has a very resilient working end. I’ll definitely be buying another to keep at the other end of the garden - this model is the best!

Excellent, useful product

The Dutch hoe is quite well made. I like the handle bent at the end to aid in applying pressure to the hoe. Also excellent for taking up moss to replant in my moss garden.
