    Right tool for the job

    The spade is sturdy and high quality. It will last for years. Buying quality gardening tools makes the job easier and will outlast any of the cheaper tools people buy and expect quality. Virgin and Ball has a great reputation for quality gardening tools. I also have a pair of Burgon and Ball topiary shears. I love them, they are versatile in the garden and the quality is excellent - have had them for years!! Burgon and Ball gardening tools are great!!

    Solid garden tool

    We've been using this for about a month now doing a lot of fall planting in some new and old beds. The spade is very stout and well put together. Nice thick gauge shovel head and ash shaft and handle. We expect to have this the rest of our gardening days.

    An amazing tool!

    My yard is full of old tree & shrub roots, inches thick everywhere, and this spade sounded exactly like what I needed. In the past, I've used a saw to cut through them - but no more! This spade paid for itself the very first time I used it - it makes really difficult digging simple & easy. I only wish I'd had it when I moved in!
